How does your service work?

We install and service the equipment at no cost to you. You only pay for the products we stock which include the costs for our service.

What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?

We service the equipment. Call us should anything go wrong – we make emergency visits if necessary.

How often do you stock the machines?

At the start of your service, we will monitor which products are more often used and depleted and adjust accordingly so that you do not run out.

What if we want certain items in the machines?

ASA will work with the you to provide the products you want.

Do you have a contract?

No, our service works with a hand shake agreement unless your company requires a contract.

Do you use local producer and or and offer Fair Trade products?

Yes, as much as possible. We can provide our price listing which delineates those items.

Do you provide sustainable products?

Yes, those items are also in our price listing.
